How we got here

Pro Con Property Services was founded by an owner-operator who was tired of watching homeowners get burned: vague quotes, disappearing crews, corners cut where no one would look. The idea was simple — build a renovation company that homeowners could actually trust, where the price is fixed in writing, the crews are our own, and the finished work speaks for itself.
